Addison was feeling a little off with a slight cold and runny nose - just your usual cold you pick up from kindy.. Mummy, Amara and Addison met Daddy for some lunch it was just a typical day..
That night I was going to a clothing party at Aunty Di's and would only be a couple of hours as I was eager to get home as it was a cold night and I wanted to check on him.. I will never forget .. he was still awake when I got home it was as if he was waiting to say goodbye to me he sat up and then stood up and gave me a hug and I said "Ni Ni Bubba I love you" and he said " I love you Mumma" he called me Mumma all the time. That was the last words we said to eachother..
The following morning I had to leave for an early appt with work I didn't want to wake Addison as he was the lightest of sleepers and wanted Alan to have a little lie in as he leaves before six to go to work so I purposely did not intrude on Addison - I still wonder to this day why God chose Alan over me to find our son. Alan was taking on the duty of getting them off to Pre-school getting them breakfast when he found our son lifeless in his cot.. the rest is too distressing to go into but it certainly changed our lives Forever..
